- The Institute reserves the right to terminate the enrollment of any student found engaging in harassment, academic dishonesty, or disruptive behavior without a refund.

- While we strive for 100% success, the Institute does not guarantee specific exam results (e.g., Goethe/ÖSD). Success depends on individual student effort and attendance.
- The Institute is not liable for technical issues arising from the student’s internet connection or hardware during online sessions.
